The main operator of activities related to the Innovate Poland initiative is the Polish Development Fund (PFR), which engages public capital and mobilizes the market to act collectively. The program includes investments in private equity, private debt, and venture capital.

PFR Ventures is responsible for implementing the Innovate PL FoF program, serving as the fund of funds operator. It is through this mechanism that PFR invites institutional investors to collaborate, jointly building an ecosystem for financing innovation in Poland.  

PFR SA manages assets with a total value of approximately 24 billion PLN, a significant portion of which is allocated to investments supporting innovation and business development under the Innovate Poland program.
